What we collect
When you submit a CV, hiring brief, or contact form, we collect the details you provide — including name, contact information, work history, role preferences, and uploaded documents. We also collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use d4hire.in.
How we use it
We use your information solely to match you to relevant opportunities (for candidates) or to respond to and run your hiring search (for employers). We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent for us to retain your data in our talent network.
Who processes your data
To run the site and process applications, we use a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy and security terms:
- Supabase — stores your submission details and uploaded CV securely.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — verifies form submissions are from a real person, not a bot.
- Airtable — a private, team-only base used to track applications and referrals.
- Resend — delivers our internal email notifications when you submit a form.
- Upstash — briefly checks submission frequency to prevent spam; no personal data is stored beyond a short-lived rate-limit counter.
