The role
Own finance and strategic planning for a profitable, India-built consumer fintech serving the US market.
Why this role is interesting: Lead accounting, FP&A, investor relations and debt/equity fundraising while building a finance function suited to significant revenue scale. Partner directly with the CEO across strategy, governance, fundraising and financial scale.
What you'll do
- • Own close, consolidation, audit and controls
- • Lead budgeting and long-range planning
- • Build unit economics and board reporting
- • Manage investors
- • Execute debt and equity fundraising
What we're looking for
Must have
- • 18+ years in finance
- • Experience leading finance in a growing company
- • Accounting and FP&A depth
- • Fundraising and investor-relations capability
- • Startup leadership
- • CA, MBA or relevant finance qualification
Nice to have
- • Fintech or financial-services experience
- • US GAAP and Ind AS
- • Investment-banking or growth-stage technology background
- • US–India cross-border exposure
